Tradescantia ohiensis, also known as spiderwort is a perennial wildflower native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 3 feet tall and flowers from May to July with a blue blossom.
It prefers full sun to partial shade, wet to dry soil and will grow in clay, loam or sand.
