Description
Amorpha fruticosa, also known as false indigo bush is a perennial wildflower native to Michigan.
Plant reaches 12 feet tall and flowers from June to August with a purple blossom.
It prefers full sun to partial shade, medium to dry soil and will grow in muck, clay, loam or sand.
